Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

District nursing team lead, managing a team of community and District nurses who deliver nursing assessments and care to patient in their own homes.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoyed aspects of the programme and learnt a lot that I have been able to put into practice, some of the organisation of the modules could be improved, but overall, a positive experience.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I leant many new skills throughout the course of the programme, and learnt a lot about myself as a leader.

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?

The programme was fully remote, some modules were better delivered than others and felt more organised.
A little more thought was needed to the structure of the course.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

Excellent support throughout from my line manager.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

Moderate support which was available when I needed it.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

The content of the programme was relevant to my job role and career and I felt it gave me more credibility as a leader and manager.

There are some available, however I tend not to get involved through personal choice and time commitments.

Due to financial constraints and changes within the organisation, it is sometimes a difficult place to work, however and overall, I feel settled and happy in my role.
