Please give an overview of the insight and what was involved on a day-to-day basis.
Mondays and Fridays: GR organised structured talks and sessions for all candidates. We heard from industry leaders and experts and got the opportunity to work on our projects as a team.
Tuesday to Thursdays: Students sat with their Trainers in the office to complete tasks assigned within the team.

What was it like understanding all about the business and potential roles available?
I learned about market trends and how the firm is responding to them. Accordingly, it allowed me to gauge where the firm's priorities lie and the directions in which it intends to expand in the future.
