I get to try various engineering roles and disciplines whilst developing my skills. I am given adequate support throughout my working day and feel I can ask for help if and when I need it

I really enjoy my programme and think it is extremely beneficial to my personal development.

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have learnt about lots of types of engineering documents, CAD, FEA - as well as further developing my soft skills through working in new environments with different people.

I believe the L6 to be somewhat beneficial, however the teaching style at the college does not suit myself and the information given from B&FC is generally inconsistent and requires lots of further follow up
The L4 is beneficial to develop some soft skills and to reason what I have learbt.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
