I cam really enjoying my apprenticeship at BAE Systems, I am getting many diverse opportunities in different lines of the business. Daily, I attend meetings with multiple stakeholders, help with the workloads as well as my own, I complete assignments linked to my qualification. I help out at events and get to meet people form all cultures and countries as well as interact on a daily with my fellow apprentices.

I am learning new skills everyday within my apprenticeship and logging these on my OTJ hours.
