Recommendations & Advice

Would you recommend Unilever to a friend?
Yes
Why?
Great facilities to use and great office spaces. Even for those who like to work at home, there is a lot of flexibility. This is my experience and can be dependent on your team.
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Unilever?
Choose an apprenticeship you can really see yourself enjoying, being an apprentice has it's learning curve and requires some passion and enjoyability to get through it.
Also, the first 3-4 months you will be clueless. Learning a role as well as some of the jargon, language and abbreviations that they use in corporate environments can be overwhelming. Ask a lot of questions no matter how silly they are, your team wants you to be on the same page just as much as you do and will not shame you for asking something that may seem so miniscule.
