Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

I help manage the Experience Centre, and support the customers/partners that go through it. At the same time, I am on secondment as a Solution Advisor within Line of Business teams to get hands-on experience and eventually transition into a permanent role in one of them at the end of my apprenticeship.

The programme is engaging and enjoyable. I'm always learning new things and being positively challenged.

I've significantly improved my communication, presentation and problem solving skills. I've also developed specialised skills that help me perform better in my job.

The programme is well thought-out, with a good structure. It enables all apprentices to thrive in their role and degree.

How much support do you receive from your employer?

The employment team is very supportive, always open to discuss any questions or ideas for improvement that you might have. They also provide opportunities to broaden your horizons, and learn and grow outside your role.

How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

There are regular 1:1 calls with your tutor as well as quarterly calls with your tutor and manager. Tutors are very supportive, you can always ask them any questions you may have.

How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

My qualification helps me to apply my learnings to my role, but also develop a broader knowledge of SAP.

Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

There are plenty of activities and networks to be involved in: Padel, Golf, Toastmasters, Business Women's Network and many more!
