Overview of Role

Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

4/5
My day to day role was managing and looking after the customer experience centre. This involved managing internal logistics, and balancing this with ensuring the customers are happy. Alongside these duties I was also let out as a Solution Advisor within a line of business team to gain real world experience and secure a future role in one of these teams.

To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

5/5
It is very varied and every day is something new which is always a fun challenge.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

5/5
I've developed many soft skills in the form of presentation, networking, and communication skills. As well as this I've also learn many technical skills and specialising in an area of the business I like has further enhanced that.

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?

5/5
The degree started from week 2 so it was a lot to take in at the start but the workload is rather manageable and there is ample breaks to avoid burnout from the degree.

How much support do you receive from your employer?

5/5
There is a great team behind all the apprenticeships and they're always looking for how they can improve it. They're very open to talk to aswell and it adds an extra layer of support there for apprentices.

How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

4/5
There is regular quarterly calls with my manager and my tutor, and I also had monthly calls with just isle and my tutor. They're very helpful when it comes to how the modules work and they want the best outcome for you.

How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

3/5
The degree sets you up very well for a data based role which is quite good for SAP being such a big organisation there is a lot of questions about data when it comes to it.

Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

5/5
SAP being a large enterprise has many events to attend however there is also employee networks for sports such as golf and padel. Overall they're very inclusive.
