To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I thoroughly enjoy the programme - I have access to unlimited learning resources which helps me upskill and improve my understanding in areas I have a keen interest in. Additionally, I have opportunities to apply those skills and knowledge when supporting customer projects.
As well as this, I get the support I need from within the organisation to help me in my University studies, with an expert i can contact from almost every line of business.

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have been able to complete an SAP certification in Project Management within the first few months of joining which gave me the foundational understanding of projects at SAP and so I could start asking more interesting questions which helped further my understanding.

How well organised/structured is your programme?

It is well-structured, with strong performance/goal alignment check-ins with managers to keep us motivated to utilise our time efficiently and suitably. An example of longer term goals, is working towards a certification once every year.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

There is more than enough support for both University related topics and also career and job aspects.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

We have 1-1 support with our training provider which makes it far easier to reach out and ask questions for any challenges we are facing.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

There are many opportunities to apply the learning from the training provider directly to the workplace which consolidates the learning and makes us more capable of contributing to tasks at work.

There are many extra-curricular activities, for example, padel (sport), Toastmasters (to improve communication skills and confidence) and many opportunities for apprentices to attend professional networking events.

What tips or advice would you give to others applying to SAP?
Research SAP and what they do, read customer success stories, understand SAP's global importance. Their global presence is something that goes unrecognised by the average person so showing a good understanding of they do would be useful.
