Overall, how would you describe your experience at Savills?
I have had great exposure to numerous roles and teams. This has given me a breadth of experience and responsibility within property.
What are the main responsibilities of the role and which elements of the role do you enjoy the most?
The role enables me to be client facing feeding to them data and information key to the associated property. I enjoy the mix of desk-based and on-site role.
To what extent does your role give you the opportunity to contribute meaningfully and feel valued by your team?

My role gives me a strong opportunity to contribute meaningfully, as I have been trusted with real responsibility across property management, valuation and development, rather than just observing. I feel valued because I have been involved in service charge budget setting, valuation reports from instruction to sign off and groups steering AI involvement.
How does your compensation package - including perks & benefits - fairly remunerate you for the work you do?

My compensation package and benefits are generally good and fairly reflect the work I do, particularly given the training and exposure provided across different teams. However, I am aware that equivalent graduate roles at other firms often offer higher salaries and bonuses for similar responsibilities.
How well do you feel the role is preparing you for your future career?

The role is preparing me very well for my future career, particularly through the level of responsibility and exposure I have been given across different teams. Meeting clients and working on live instructions has helped me build relationships and experience that will be valuable throughout my career.

Why?
The opportunities on offer and large offices means you can make good contacts with your network. There are also plenty of opportunities for the younger members to get involved with. It is a large international company which can facilitate transfer if required.

Bring something different to the table to show ambition and entrepreneurialism. People will only hire people they can imagine working with so showing you're able to communicate it key.
