It's genuinely a great place to be. The company really values its people, from the supportive management to the way they encourage learning and progression with courses on the company's MyLearning system. There’s a strong social culture as well, with team socials and events that make the workplace feel welcoming and inclusive rather than just another office job. Savills also looks after its staff by promoting a good work–life balance and creating an environment where people feel recognised and supported. Overall, it’s a professional but friendly place to work.

My advice to someone who wants to work at Savills would be to come in with a positive attitude and a strong willingness to learn.
