Plenty of support - got put on training courses that would directly link into and help with my apprenticeship, such as presentation skills that I would inevitably have to had done at EPA.

Tutor was prompt with responses and the lessons were hybrid, accommodating both for in-face and virtual learning
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

The business administration apprenticeship has helped me develop core skills within the office to do with behaviors, attitudes and skills.
