i have learnt a lot of new skills since being an apprentice, all from working on the job, these have been critical in my development also helping me become a team leader.

our employer has a really well planned programme, it works well managing the workload of day to day tasks and also apprentice work.

due to how many of our staff have been an apprentice it was easy to seek help from them as they understood the experience and what was required.
