Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

Organise and mange contracts, legal documents, and related administrative tasks. On a day‑to‑day basis, this involves assisting with contract reviews by identifying key clauses, helping prepare and organise documents, drafting professional emails, and supporting legal and compliance projects across the business. This is just a brief overview of what i get up to.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I really enjoy my job role, due to being an in house legal team the variety of tasks is so broad so I'm gaining lots of knowledge and skills. My team is so supportive and there's loads of training opportunities. The actual off the job apprenticeship is less enjoyable but i'm still gaining knowledge along the way

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have improved my organisation and attention to detail through managing contracts and legal documents, and developed my communication skills by drafting professional emails and working with colleagues across different departments. I have also built my understanding of legal concepts such as contracts, confidentiality, and liability. I've developed skills for effective use of Microsoft applications through aesseal provided training. I've also learnt new project management skills through training course they've provided
