My experience has been good, I have rotated around various teams so gain lots of different experience

Experience varies team by team but on the whole I have been given good amounts of responsibility to manage my own workflows

Pay could be a lot better, but social aspect and the fact that my degree is paid for are big pluses. Bonus was also good this year
