On a day to day basis my role is to assist surveyors with different projects. this includes gathering comparable evidence, doing Due diligence checks, running valuation models, writing reports and going on inspections/site visits

On the job I have learnt many new skills, excel skills, valuation skills, ways to write reports and to structure emails, measurement skills, how to multitask and prioritise well
