Being a technical apprentice involves completing a vocational level 3, as well as learning the ropes at work, joining new 'placements' every 7 or 12 weeks and getting to know a new part of the business. some placements are desk based whereas others are more technical or engineering focused.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

The pay could be better, and management and human resources within the company can be difficult to access or navigate as a young professional.

I have extended my electronics knowledge far beyond what I knew as a hobbyist and learnt other important transferrable skills across engineering sectors.
