Consists of day to day estate management which involves dealing with reactive housing, maintenance and repair matters. Also dealing with landlord and tenant matters including rent reviews, lease renewals etc.

I sit within the estate management team of approx. ten fee earners therefore the two apprentices in our office (including myself) have a lot of responsibility which is crucial for early development in our careers.
