I work in rural estate management, overlooking my clients portfolio which includes both land and property, undertaking the essential management of all estates under their ownership.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

Very enjoyable with a mixture office and out of office based work. The variety of work is interesting and each day is never the same.

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

Yes, I have developed on my communication skills and general knowledge within the rural estate management team. Particularly, i am becoming increasingly better at tailoring my recommendations to suit cliental standards.

Savills are very supportive and i have an allocated line manager who regularly catches up with me and helps me prioritise my to do list.

Lots of support, we have monthly catch up and reviews to assess my progress and provide adequate support.
