Estate management carrying out a variety of tasks from negotiating rent reviews to property management tasks like instructing works for tree surveys.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoy the training and work that i do with Savills but did not enjoy the work or structure of the degree which was provided by an online university provider.

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have development my communication skills greatly and my ability to adapt communication styles depending on who I am reporting too.

There is a clear end date worked towards throughout.

I recieve a lot of supoort from my imeediate team, work load can be burdensome but the team are understanding of this.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

The university provide us with rgeular catch ups however these are more about skill development which are in focus within Savills regardless and are not linked to helping me achieve the degree.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

I find alot of the content although it has some relevance is not helpful for my role in rural property management.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

There are more oppurtunities in the south but within our office we attend events and try to have social events.
