As an Apprentice Surveyor, you support the effective management of a diverse property portfolio by maintaining accurate lease information, monitoring critical dates, and assisting with lease administration. You contribute to client reporting and data management while developing core surveying skills, including information management and S2 Health & Safety compliance. Your role also involves identifying risks and opportunities within lease portfolios and supporting senior surveyors to help deliver strategic, well-informed property advice.
