My job role includes identifying land for development, meeting with landowners along with negotiating agreements with housebuilder

I have learnt a huge amount from working at Savills, the opportunities and clients you have access to at the early stages for your career are amazing. There is always support if you need it for both the degree work and day to day work.

The programme is structured extremely well, with a day allocated per week that is dedicated to study.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

Savills provide a huge amount of support, you are able to speak to industry experts that are more than happy to help for university assignments.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
5/5
Frequent catch ups with my Apprentice Outcomes Officer to ensure I am on track. I am also able to meet with support staff and lecturers where needed.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

Extremely well, Savills provide a structured training programme from the start of the degree apprenticeship to completion of APC.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

There are plenty of Savills sports teams to get involved with for example netball, football, rugby. Savills also holds many networking events so you are able to meet other apprentices that are at similar stages in their degree/ career.

Make sure to have plenty of work experience on your CV, however, you aren't expected to be an industry expert! Have some key facts about Savills in mind for your interview, along with some research into the sector you would like to work in.
