Audiology and healthcare was a whole new field to me, so almost everything I learnt was new.

Well organized, was hard to manage my time personally because the course was very heavy content / assessment wise.

Very limited options to socialize, I have attended the audiology annual conference which included an opportunity for networking, but this is an annual event only and we wouldn't be supported to go every year.

I have had a great experience working here, It is my first experience in a professional and healthcare setting, and I have enjoyed the work and feel an important part of the department I work in.

What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Great Western Hospital Swindon NHS trust?

STAR values! Very important to the trust, research the STAR values and know them well.
It is also a lot of hard work, but the work I am in is rewarding and fulfilling.
