Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

Yes I have learnt a number of different sales skills as I had no previous experience in sales prior to the role.
Structure and Support
How well organised/structured is your programme?

The structure of the programme was very unorganised during the beginning of the programme and recently when our manager was on long-term sickness there was no contingency for this possibility.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

I have plenty of support with options for physical and mental wellbeing. Offered coaching and have a number of managers and colleagues who are always happy to help.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

My training provider provided all of the resources and support I will need to exceed expectations in the final exam.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

It certainly does help however there is more information gathered learning through the job hands on that is equally as important.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

Yes there are plenty of different events that I have taken part in as a result of being in the apprenticeship role.
