Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

My role consists of creating content for the internal comms team. I absolutely love my job as every day is so different.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I think the programme is great and provides a lot of insight that I wasn't aware of before.
Skills Development
Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have learnt a lot more about the marketing side of it and strengthened my knowledge when it comes to content creation.

How well organised/structured is your programme?

All of the modules are laid out clearly on bud which makes it easy for me to refer to.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

My employer gives me all the time I need to complete the apprenticeship. I have never once been concerned about time to do the apprenticeship and if I had any questions or needed help, they have been always there.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

My trainer has been incredible. She answers any concerns or queries I have and more. I feel super confident in my apprenticeship with her support.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

I believe so. It has widened my knowledge which has been incredibly useful as there has been times where I have picked up some knowledge that isn't necessarily relevant to my role but then I will find a use for it within my role.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

I have had opportunities to do team building and a few other things here and there but nothing like sports teams as far as I am aware.

Would you recommend EE to a friend?
Yes
Why?
Absolutely, I have worked for the company for almost 2 years and if you have passion and drive in what you do and have a goal of what you want to do. There is no reason why you can't achieve it whilst at EE. When I started my previous role, I never expected to be doing an apprenticeship in Content Creation whilst working for EE.
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to EE?
Be yourself, build your skills and be open. These three things got me to where I am now and I think if you are open to learn anything and everything. You'll smash whatever job role you are in.
