Overall, how would you describe your experience at Vodafone?
Very positive. Well supported and plenty of development opportunities.
What are the main responsibilities of the role and which elements of the role do you enjoy the most?
Main responsibilities include: building global HR strategy, refreshing global job architecture, op model/org design projects, headcount planning, building strategic workforce planning capabilities, people analytics on topics including D&I, talent, and culture.
Favourite elements include project management and stakeholder engagement.
To what extent does your role give you the opportunity to contribute meaningfully and feel valued by your team?

Salary is competitive, but rating more-so a reflection of broader economic climate and cost of living.
Many useful benefits including discounts at food shops and gyms, as well as 24/7 GP and physio.
