My role is to show strong leadership with in my store, ensure KPis are met or on target to be achieved.

The gold star programme was very interesting, very informative, helped me to identify different areas of the business. it helped me to identify my own leadership style, this has helped me to progress within my role and has widened my views on retail and my own management style.

yes, the gold stars level 4 enabled me to develop my leadership skills, find my leadership style. understand the retail calendar and understand various aspects of the business and in retail in general.
