Lots of learning involved as an audit and accounts apprentice. Working on different audits for different firms.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

Really good! Employers are very helpful and I am learning as I am working, which links to college work too.
Skills Development
Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

Yes, so many audit skills which I had no knowledge on before. Even basic double entry accounting I didn't have a clue about before I started and I have learnt so much. We also get ample time to study and reinforce our knowledge.
Structure and Support
How well organised/structured is your programme?

Well structured, they want us to complete the apprenticeship to the best of our ability and be confident with what we are learning before moving onto the next new skill. We have one day study a week usually which is perfect and I am pleased with how the apprenticeship is progressing.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

As much as I want/need. Either I ask or they get reports from our college teacher regarding our progress.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

Some courses are more beneficial than others to my exact role at work, but all are helpful in general and most are very applicable to work.

Yes, sports teams, wellbeing events and company events as a whole to meet other offices.
