To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

Gaining job experience based on site has been beneficial for completing my degree. 1 day per week is spent studying at university so there is a good balance of working and studying for my degree.

Clearly structured into 4 day working weeks with 1 study day. Adhoc development and training sessions are held throughout

Day to day support is good from the project team and managers I work with. Some aspects of the apprenticeship require self sufficiency.

Overall good programme with many learning opportunities in a big company. Good flexibility and friendly working environment
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Mace Consult?
Think about sector preferences and interests. Some sectors such as the MoJ can be more site based (like myself) which I find more interesting and better for my learning.
