I check our controls to see if there is changes in the volume and value or if there are any trends that require further investigation.
I conduct root cause analysis on said control or area of concern within the operational process driven by data.
I utilise SQL which I am learning from my apprenticeship in data analysis with QA.
We also through root cause analysis in new areas find the salient point for data and recommend future controls to put in place.

Yes, I have been developing on the self taught skills that I have from attempting to development myself into a data analyst job role and doing the level 4 data analyst apprenticeship has helped to flesh out a lot of the theory from my self taught practical.

Very, I get a lot of support from my tutor and relevant feedback QA regarding my portfolio work.

Very well and I also get a lot of support from Eon through my direct colleagues who are more experienced of working with data.

It is helping me understand more about the data structure/storage and the sql and Bi tools part are areas I utilise everyday in my role.
