I got my apprenticeship Through Arla success factors. i was currently a cheese technician with the prospect of going for a team leader job. I had previously applied and was not successful due to experience, after this i did push for the team leader level 3 apprenticeship through my yearly dialogue but then found it on success factors and signed my self up with discussion with my line manager and team leader.
My role as a cheese technician was to make sure standards in my area were exceptional, that we hit our KPI & OEE scores with the daily job of making cheese and analysing the data from cheese sample to make changes to the product to make sure we made the best product at the best quality.
