Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.
Liaising with clients and asset managers. Client facing viewings independently.
Responsible for negotiating and drafting heads of terms for new leases on commercial properties.
Worked with partners to find new sites for commercial development.
Worked closely with senior associates for market appraisals and marketing reports for commercial properties.

Were you given much responsibility during your placement / internship?
I was given freedom to create my deals and projects following up from enquiries independently.
I was free to negotiate lease terms between landlord and tenants whilst providing my feedback to management.
Involved in as many projects as possible, essentially throwing me in at the deep end which was extremely beneficial for my professional experience
