I deal with manufacturing contracts, providing tooling and instruction on how to build based on drawings and CAD supplied to us.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I have enjoyed this programme on the most part. The HNC qualification was not the smoothest; however the job role side of this has been a great experience.

There is a structure which works but aspects could be worked on.

The people I work with daily provide good support when needed. Some support from early careers.

A fair amount of support was provided but there were places where it could have been better.

The topics I studied had slight relevance to my job role but a number of them had nothing to do with it.
