As Assistant Manager, we support the Retail Branch Manager in driving store performance, inspiring the team, and delivering exceptional experience for every customer. We also have the chance to build visibility and confidence by showcasing our store’s success during regular visits from high-profile visitors.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

My Apprentice Coach, Mark, was an absolute legend. By supporting and guiding me throughout my studies, I was always looked after and was fully educated on the field of study. I managed to gain invaluable skills to which I can utilise later, as I progress in my career.

How well organised/structured is your programme?

Very organised. Coursework objectives were set from the get go, with all resources and support available on hand. A learning tracker to see how far from completing the course we were, in addition to regular check-ins with management and our Learning Coach further made this easier.

Management and my Learning Coach provided amazing support during my studies. In particular, My learning Coach, went absolutely above and beyond when supporting me.
