Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

I lead the HR Business partnering team for our hospital and HSSU network. I provide HR support to the regional directors and COO. I lead on all strategic HR propositions for the hospital arm of the charity, ensuring we develop a proposition that is market leading
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I found the studying really informative, and was able to challenge my ways of working or previous thought processes and look at other ways to address situations and apply my learning. The projects were aligned to the workplace which also gave me the opportunity to apply my learning

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

Both, I have developed existing skills, and have also learnt new ways to approach things and apply theory to practical situations to strengthen the outputs

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?

The program was well structured, allowing time for academic study and practical application. The tools we were provided with were also really helpful, and I valued times with my coach and my line manager, reviewing my learning, and gaining feedback on areas I can improve.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

I was given lots of support and feedback to help with my learning, and lots of opportunity to put this into practice in the workplace.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

I had regular calls with my coach, could reach out for support whenever needed, had academic workshops which were very helpful and provided an opportunity to discuss the academic learning.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
