Overview of Role

Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

As an apprentice, my role involves learning and supporting engineers in maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing medical and diagnostic equipment. On a day-to-day basis, I assist with fault finding, servicing systems, and ensuring equipment is operating efficiently for customers. I also complete training modules and coursework alongside gaining hands-on experience in real working environments. The role is a mix of practical work, problem-solving, and continuous learning, allowing me to build both technical and communication skills.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I really enjoy my programme as it gives me the opportunity to gain hands-on experience while learning. I like the balance between practical work and training, and the variety in day-to-day tasks keeps it interesting. It has helped me develop confidence, technical skills, and a better understanding of the industry. Overall, I find it rewarding and a great way to start my career
