Overview of Role

Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
4/5
My role involves regularly liaising with tenants, solicitors, and contractors for a variety of matters to ensure that our company remains compliant with all relevant regulations. Strong organisational skills are essential in this position, as there are always multiple ongoing tasks and cases that need to be managed simultaneously.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
4/5
I think this apprenticeship is a great opportunity for someone who has just finished college and is starting their career. I also appreciate that my organisation gives me a work‑from‑home study day, as it allows me to focus and complete my assignments without distractions.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
5/5
I have learned many new skills in this role, as I started with very limited experience and knowledge. Being in a new position and learning from scratch has pushed me to develop and build a wide range of new skills.

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?
3/5
My day‑to‑day role is structured in that I attend the office every day and always have specific tasks that need to be completed. The degree side of my apprenticeship is also structured, as I have monthly assignment deadlines, and if I need support, I can reach out to a tutor for guidance.
How much support do you receive from your employer?
4/5
I receive support from them. I have people that I can go to.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
4/5
My tutor assures me that if I need help I can reach out to them and they will help me.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
4/5
Some of the questions I answer in my assignments can be applicable to my day to day role.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
4/5
That is an option; however, I also get involved with external apprenticeship groups.
