Managing a production department, dealing with technical issues, people management, liaising with other departments heads. Looking at continuous improvements, budgeting.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

Course content was good and relevant to my role, pace was a little slow however i realise it has to be at the pace of the slowest person.

Many new skills, mainly around man management to get the most from a team of people, how to develop and mentor people. How to set smart targets and drive a team to deliver them.
