Recommendations & Advice

Would you recommend Savills to a friend?
Yes
Why?
I would strongly recommend Savills to any future apprentices looking for a supportive and inspiring place to begin their career. The company creates a positive environment where people are genuinely encouraged to learn, grow, and succeed. From the very start, I felt valued as part of the team, and there was always support available to help me develop both personally and professionally. The business takes pride in delivering excellent service, and that commitment is reflected in how they invest in their staff and create opportunities to build confidence and skills. Being part of such a motivated and welcoming team made my apprenticeship a truly rewarding experience, and I believe it’s an excellent place for anyone wanting to build a strong foundation for their future. It can open many doors and the fantastic opportunities here are endless.
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Savills?
I would advise coming in with a positive attitude and a real willingness to learn. From my experience, being proactive is a great way to get ahead—take every opportunity to ask questions, get involved, and learn from those around you, as the team is supportive and always willing to help. Curiosity is your greatest advantage during an apprenticeship; by asking as many questions as possible, you can learn faster, build confidence, and turn everyday opportunities into valuable real-world experience.
