To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoy the challenges that the programme brings me on a day to day basis. I like learning new skills and using them in the workplace. I enjoy meeting new people.
Skills Development
Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have improved my communication skills, organisational skills, learnt to be self sufficient when it comes to working independently. Learnt how to use new platforms and improved my knowledge of platforms such as LMS, Excel and Microsoft Lists.
Structure and Support
How well organised/structured is your programme?

I feel that I have enough time to complete each assignment and still have time to complete my daily tasks in my job role. I like the fact that the learning is varied such as having masterclasses, videos, quizzes so it keeps me engaged consistently.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

I have a great detail of support when it comes to learning assistance. I feel like I can go to my employer if I have any issues or concerns during my apprenticeship. They have also provided me with relevant resources that can help me further with assignments.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

I have regular catchups to see if I need any resources that can help improve my learning skills. I have found these very useful for my overall development. I find the feedback that my trainer gives me is fair and constructive.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

I feel that I am gaining plenty of skills that I am currently demonstrating in my role. I have gained the confidence to show these skills to my employer.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

I have experienced a professional networking event that benefited me greatly for my L&D role. This was held at the NEC in Birmingham. My company does offer after work sports clubs that are available if I wanted to get involved at any point.

I feel that there are great opportunities to explore in the business that can lead to progression in the future. I enjoy meeting new people every day and working in my team.
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to OCS Group?
It's a really exciting place to work where you can develop. Everybody is very friendly in the business. Be prepared to experience a different scenario every day.
