Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

Day to day changes each week it can vary from being on site all day overviewing construction activities alongside our site manager or i can be in the office observing project review meetings, commercial meetings and clipp sessions
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

Having decided uni full time was not for me I enjoy splitting my learning between the work place, site and university

Having an early careers manager, line manager then point of contact within the university has made the programme very well organised

Having our early careers manager and line manager overseeing our development has made support endless for me

During the week we have one day set aside for completing uni work which makes it alot easier to balance work and studying

Being early in my apprenticeship its hard to match my learning to what is happening in the workplace

There have been multiple opportunities for this since I started- a women in construction event, a STEM volunteering event and our road shows

The continued support and development in Avove seems unique compared to my peers at university. The freedom between where i spend my time at work exposes me to a variety of experiences at work.
