I really enjoy my programme. I find my role really interesting and have great support from my colleagues which makes the job so much more enjoyable. I love going to my block learning at leeds trinity university and seeing all the other apprentices.

Skills Development

5/5
i have massively developed my confidence and communication skills helping to build upon my leadership skills. i have also learnt problem solving and organisation within my role as these are fundamental to successful project management.

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?
4/5
Avove have thoroughly planned my programme, starting with an in person induction day where all apprentices met, followed by prepared line managers and mentors who had been made aware of us in advance and prepared for our arrival and consistent support and cmmunication from our early careers manager. Our education provider - Leeds trinity - are also well structured with block in person learning.

5/5
There are many support systems in avove, all early careers employees have a line manager and mentor, we also have consistent support from our early careers manager and of course our project teams.

3/5
we have regular sessions with our progress leader, also have virtual training sessions along with fortnightly drop in sessions with our course leader.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
4/5
i find that i can see a clear link between learning in our in person sessions and the tasks i am doing at work. however the first module was more induction based and i didn't find any benefit in terms of helping my job role
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
3/5
