Overall, how would you describe your experience at Virgin Media O2?
Great, the grad scheme is very well structured and really offers a lot of variety and opportunities.
What are the main responsibilities of the role and which elements of the role do you enjoy the most?
Financial reporting, reviewing and analysis. Communicating with business areas and my favourite area would be the analysis of monthly reporting.
To what extent does your role give you the opportunity to contribute meaningfully and feel valued by your team?

It's hard with a finance scheme as there are additional exams which feel like they consume your life at times but it is the nature of the area. Outside of exams I feel like I could have a well balanced work/life

The culture is great, really competitive pay and the people I have personally worked with are all really nice.

Didn't necessarily have many expectations and having 3 different rotations means my role is constantly changing.
