The job role includes a mixture of going to site, completing QS work such as measuring, AFPs, invoicing and assessing compensation events.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

The role is enjoyable and varied, Their is a lot of responsibility to meet deadlines and workload can become a lot depending on the project.

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have developed many skills including communication with clients, using excel proficiently, assessing different forms of data and other construction based skills.

My programme is excellently structured internally from the company and externally with education provider.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

I receive excellent support from my employer through my line manager and other colleagues throughout the business. The employer also has development programmes in place periodically to further support with growth.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

Again great support from the training provider especially through the learning tutors, however the standard of teaching from some lecturers leave a lot to be desired.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
