My communication skills have improved as well, especially when handling formal meetings, difficult conversations, and working with a wider range of stakeholders. Recommendations & Advice
Would you recommend OCS Group to a friend?
Why?
From my experience, the company provides good opportunities to gain hands-on experience across different sites, which helps build confidence and develop a wide skill set. The nature of the work keeps things varied, and there are opportunities to progress, especially for those willing to take on more responsibility and continue learning.
OCS also places a strong focus on standards, consistency, and professionalism in its services, which helps create a structured working environment. In addition, being part of a large organisation means there is support available and the chance to be involved in a wide range of operations and contracts.
Overall, I would recommend OCS Group to someone looking to build a career in security or facilities management, particularly if they are motivated, willing to learn, and looking for progression opportunities.
