i look after the BAU with technical issues, maintaining security and network requirements for new and existing stores. dealing with 2nd and 3rd calls and issues, helping maintain happy customers. doing out-of-hours support, maintaining infrastructure, updating and making sure compliance is kept up to date

yes i have have learned more skills that have helped me to deal with larger and more difficult tasks. this has also taught me how to manage my workload better and taught me skills to handle in-depth issues
