Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

My role is a customer care advisor, helping schedule repairs for new tenants with one of our engineers. I am also taking part in a Level 3 Team Leader apprenticeship, this is completed during my working hours.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

This apprenticeship will help me run the customer care department more efficiently, what I love most about this is how supportive Tandem have been.

The apprenticeship is broken down into modules, allowing you to concentrate on one section at a time. This approach makes the learning process more manageable, helping build knowledge step by step without feeling overwhelmed.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

I feel very supported by my employer throughout my apprenticeship. They provide clear guidance, regular feedback and their encouragement and willingness to invest time in my learning have helped me grow in confidence.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

My apprenticeship is help me develop my leadership, communication, and organisational skills. Through hands-on experience and guidance from my employer, I am learning how to support others, manage responsibilities effectively, and make confident decisions in a professional setting
