I have found the programme to be somewhat unengaging and, at times, lacking in clear progression or long-term development opportunities.

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have not significantly developed new skills during the programme, and opportunities to build on existing skills have been limited. While I did gain some knowledge, I have not found it to be particularly applicable or transferable to my day-to-day work

How well organised/structured is your programme?

The programme was fairly well organised overall, and I found the teachers to be supportive and helpful. However, there were some periods of uncertainty regarding what was happening and what was expected.

There are a few extra-curricular activities available, including occasional social events throughout the year, quarterly town halls held outside of work, and a Christmas party.

Would you recommend Ventrolla to a friend?
Yes
Why?
I would recommend Ventrolla to a friend, as it is a positive place to work with supportive colleagues and, at times, a strong sense of a family environment. However, I would note that it may not be the best option for financial progression, as it does not follow a typical structured pay review system with regular increases to keep pace with inflation.
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Ventrolla?
I would advise anyone applying to Ventrolla to come in with a positive attitude, be willing to work hard, and get involved with the team. It’s also important to build good relationships with colleagues and enjoy the environment, as having a good sense of humour and being approachable can go a long way.
