Global Learning Partner, I consult with the business to understand Learning and capability needs. I develop learning solutions in various ways such a e-learning, face to face works and micro learning
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

Over the past 2 years it has been great to learning new knowledge, skills and behaviours and been given the chance to put them straight into practice. the learning was relevant and aligned to my role

How well organised/structured is your programme?

I got the full plan for the programme duration, I understood what was expected from me, in what time frame it need to be completed in. The EPA was mentioned through out and I was always preparing for the EPA so have felt prepared during the gateway and my final assessments.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

They have been extremely helpful, always attending my reviews, being invested in my progress, helping to in sure I was putting my learning into practise. making sure i stayed accountable for my time and stayed on track. Especially during my EPA.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

My Coach was available to me, giving me great feedback on my progress but was also understanding when i needed space and time to focus on work a the time things got busy.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

It has given me all the skills and knowledge as well as the confidence to exceed in my role and having the references to go back to to guide me through any tricky conversations and new situations.
