How much support do you receive from your employer?

The support from AES has been great, they consistently supported me by giving me my 20% OTJ hours and allowed me to work remotely once a week to get my apprenticeship work done as it was the best place for me with no distractions.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

The RNN group was great, we had frequent visits from the tutor to ensure we all stayed on track and received any help we needed.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

My Business Admin helped me understand key aspects such external and internal factors that could affect a business, as well as an insight into problem solving and project management, it helped me become more confident with presenting due to the EPA.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

It supports and helps apprentices whilst also offering other L&D Opportunities to gain more skills such as assertiveness skills, they are always pushing you to do more and step out of your comfort zone.
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to AESSEAL plc?
Practice your elevator pitch ( be able to talk about yourself for 2 minutes)
Research the business and have a decent understanding of the type of work they do
Research the roles and be inquisitive
