Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
My role sits at the intersection of strategy, culture, and delivery. I design and support learning initiatives that are practical, relevant, and aligned to both NHS values and organisational goals. This involves diagnosing development needs, influencing leaders, and designing or commissioning interventions that build capability at individual, team, and organisational levels.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
The apprenticeship is highly practical and directly relevant to my role, allowing me to immediately apply learning in a meaningful way. This has added real value to both my professional development and the organisation.
The NHS Property Services support teams are truly exceptional — they consistently go above and beyond to support apprentices, demonstrating a genuine commitment to development and success. I would highly recommend this apprenticeship to anyone looking to grow their people profession career within a supportive, values-driven organisation.
